📦 Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.
If you're pre-ordering:

• Pre-orders will ship in July, as we're currently in our production phase.

• We’ll keep you updated by email with shipping timelines and tracking info once your game is on the move.

We currently ship to:

• UK

• Rest of Europe

If your country isn't listed, drop us a message—we’ll see what we can do!

💌 Delivery Times (after dispatch)

• UK: 2–4 working days

• Rest of Europe: Delivery times vary by destination (usually 5–10 working days)

Please note: Delivery times may vary during busy seasons or due to carrier delays.

📬 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery at playsamosa@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

We’ll sort it out ASAP with a replacement or refund.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To do this:

• Please email us at playsamosa@gmail.com with your order number and refund request.

• You’ll need to return the item in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.
